This mentorship is designed for movement professionals—such as Pilates teachers, physical therapists, and fitness experts—with an intermediate anatomy background and a sincere passion for deepening their expertise in Parkinson’s exercise care.
Who This Mentorship Is For
This mentorship is designed for movement professionals—such as Pilates teachers, physical therapists, and fitness experts—with an intermediate anatomy background and a sincere passion for deepening their expertise in Parkinson’s exercise care.
If you’re ready to blend science, compassion, and practical experience, this hybrid mentorship provides both the structure and support to help you master the Pilates 4 Parkinson’s Method and the applied principles of exercise physiology for Parkinson’s disease.
The journey begins with a 1-week intensive study with Master Trainer Cecilia Pulido in Eugene, Oregon, where you will work hands-on with real clients at various stages of Parkinson’s, each presenting unique motor and non-motor symptoms. You’ll observe, assist, and participate in live sessions, learning first-hand how to adapt movement to preserve mobility and confidence. (Shared accommodations are included in tuition.)
Following the in-person intensive, participants continue through a 6-month online mentorship, engaging in structured study, guided client work, and monthly private mentor sessions—all designed to deepen professional understanding and practical skill.
