P4P Master Educator: Assigned Territory Leader
Lead, Teach, and Expand P4P Education in Your Region
Step into a senior leadership role as the exclusive representative of P4P in your territory. As a Master Educator, you will:
- Teach all P4P certification levels and workshops
- Mentor other educators and instructors
- Gain exclusive rights to teach within your assigned territory
- Secure financial and legal benefits through a formal territory agreement

Master Educator Pathway Requirements (Territory Level)
Applicants must complete the following before or during the mentorship (flexible completion depending on timing of client work):

The Pilates 4 Parkinson’s Method – Instructor Certificate Course

Advanced

Master Educator Coursework:
1. Teacher Trainer Course
- 8-hour intensive: The 11 ABSOLUTE MUST DO Exercise Mini-sets for PD
2. Teaching Practice
- Organize and teach two (2) live 5-hour Mini-Set workshops
- Must be observed by Cecilia Pulido or her designated representative
3. Private Master Trainer Program
- 1-week (Sunday to Sunday) in-person intensive with Cecilia Pulido
- Includes live PD client visits in all stages
4. Teach-Backs in Live Courses
- Teach select sections of two full Instructor Certificate Courses
- Each course includes mentorship and observation
5. Final Project: Original Workshop
- Create and teach a 2–5 hour original workshop on a topic related to Parkinson’s care
- Must include full curriculum and be approved by Cecilia Pulido
- Teach the workshop to a minimum of 3 participants (paid or volunteer)
- Cecilia Pulido must observe the teaching, live or virtually
Master Educator Completion Requirements
1. Assessment
- Performance evaluations during workshop and course teaching
2. Final Documentation
- Awarded Certificate of Achievement
- Master Educator Recognition
3. Territory Agreement
- Signed exclusive agreement for your assigned region
- Includes legal, financial, and educational rights
4. Recognition
- Listed as the exclusive Master Educator for your territory
- Granted all rights and responsibilities as agreed upon in the territory contract
